Return Policy

Returns will be accepted only with our written consent.
Any items may be returned within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, for a full refund. If there is an error with your order that was made on our part, we will refund the shipping costs as well. Let us know the items you want to return along with your order details and reason for return by sending us an email at . We will do our best to fulfill your request.

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased at and we can only exchange if the items are damaged or defective. Any items returned missing parts, in unsellable condition or is more than 15 days after delivery will be subject to a re-stocking fee at our discretion.

To cancel or change your order, please Login to your account with your email and password then manage your orders in your page. This is available in Order processing process, aprox. 24 hours from the date in which you submitted your order.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 15 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Returns Shipping Charges
We cannot provide reimbursement of return shipping charges or refund original shipping and handling fees. If you cancel your order after the item has been manufactured or shipped from the manufacturer, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

Packing and Sending Your Return
Upon receipt of our returns instructions via email, package the item(s) securely, and ship it (prepaid and insured) to the manufacturer address as indicated in the email.
