How can I get an accurate or detailed cost estimate that includes shipping and handling?
Simply email us with the items you would like, the shipping address and method of shipment (if no shipping method is specified, we will choose ground freight at the best possible rate) and we can email you a response with a near-exact price.

Can I postpone delivery if needed?
Should you need to postpone your delivery contact us via phone, email or fax and we will do our best to accommodate you. Certain shipments may be subject to a stocking fee at our discretion.

Can I change my delivery method after I have already placed my order?
If you have placed your order and decide you would like a different mode of shipment please contact us and we will make every effort possible to adhere to your request. Should we be able to change your shipment method; we may need to adjust your shipping and handling fees.

Do you offer a warranty on all of your products? fully supports the manufacturers’ warranties and is available to assist customers when they need warranty service or have questions.

What do I do if I need warranty service?
Should you require assistance on your products purchased through; please contact us and we will assist you further.

Do products have standard U.S. Plumbing?
Yes. All products sold through have standard US plumbing and electrical components.

Is there much assembly required with your products?
Most of our merchandise is easy to assemble and takes little to no steps to do so. This being said, it also depends on both the item, the purchaser, and the manufacturer. If there is a concern before purchase, please contact us and we will let you know the degree of assembly required.

Why is it recommended that I have a licensed plumber and/or electrician install my product(s)?
Not hiring a licensed plumber and/or electrician to install your new merchandise will make void any and all warranty.

Are additional products available that might not be shown on the website?
We try to offer all options online, but due to continuous changes and product additions, this may not always be possible. We aim to provide you with what you are looking for, so if you are looking for something in particular that you do not see on, please feel free to contact us with your request.

Does offer a free stool with the purchase of each pedicure spa?
Your Gulfstream Inc. manufactured pedicure spa will come with a free pedicure stool in matching upholstery.

Where can I find installation instructions for your products?
Send us an email to which includes the item you wish to obtain information about and we will do our best to get the requested information to you

What types of payment does accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Money Orders, and wire transfers; all in U.S. Dollars.
