We currently ship eligible orders within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and within Canada. Please contact us for custom tailored shipping rates and inquiries. We do not ship to residential addresses.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY OPTIONS 

1. Large Item and Large Quantity Shipments

• To arrange shipping for large items such as pedicure spa chairs and furniture, please reach out to our sales team by phone or email info@gulfstreaminc.com.
• We use our trusted freight carrier partners to handle truck deliveries. Customers will be contact via telephone to arrange and verify shipping details.
• We do not ship large items to residential addresses. For residential inquiries, please call our office at +1-877-622-4853 or email us at info@gulfstreaminc.com.

 

Additional Information:

• All orders are diligently and carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If any damage is found upon delivery, the damage must be noted immediately on the shipper’s Bill of Lading before the truck leaves the property. Claims can only be resolved with the freight provider and Gulfstream Inc. is not liable for damages incurred during transit.
• Gulfstream Inc. does not provide unloading and installation services. Customers are responsible for being present at the time of receiving, transporting items into the intended location, and installation of the items. The delivery trucks will provide a lift-gate and unloading services but will not bring items into your establishment.
• Items come with a manual for easy installation and guidance. Feel free to reach out to our team for further technical assistance.

 

2. Small Item Orders

• Products that qualify for parcel delivery will have shipping rates calculated automatically at checkout.
• Most shipments are handled via UPS.
• Please allow 2-3 business days for processing prior to shipment.
• A shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.
• We do not currently ship internationally.
